1. 2016 CINSAULT, GRENACHE, ROLLE, SYRAH, Château Miraval, Côte de Provence, FR**
SERVER’S SCALE: 3*
Beautiful, pale, petal-pink color, elegant with bright nuances. A beautiful aromatic expression with aromas of fresh fruit and spring flowers, refreshing acidity, with great minerality and a saline finish.

2. 2016 MOURVÈDRE, GRENACHE, SYRAH, Château La Négly, L’ecume, Coteaux du Languedoc, FR
SERVER’S SCALE: 3*
A pretty hue of rose petal. The nose is fresh, supported by exotic notes. The mouthfeel is full and nice acidity.

3. 2016 GREN, CIN, CLAIR, MOUR, SYRAH, Château de Trinquevedel, Tavel, Southern Rhone, FR
SERVER’S SCALE: 3*
Pink dress like raspberry, expressive nose with notes of little red berries. On the palate, the wine is very balanced and in line with the nose. The palate is full with a long length. Good acidity provides a tense finale. Beautiful complexity, fine, fresh, fruity and elegant Tavel.

4. 2016 PINOT NOIR, GAMAY, Domaine du Salvard, Cheverny, Loire FR**
SERVER’S SCALE: 2*
Crisp and light with intense red fruit aromas that lead to juicy, round, and persistent flavors of raspberries and pink grapefruit, with hints of kiwi and lemon zest.

5. 2016 CIN, GREN, SYRAH, CAB SAU, Figuière Le Saint André, IGP Var, FR
SERVER’S SCALE: 4*
Le Saint André Rosé is intended to be light, invigorating and easy-to-enjoy. Aromas and flavors of peach, orange skin and white flowers are accented by refreshing acidity and a salty minerality thanks to the influence of the sea.

6. 2016 CARIGNAN, Lioco Indica, Mendocino County
SERVER’S SCALE: 3*
This rosé has an incredible fruit intensity and aromatic lift. This wine is redolent of rose water, freshly peeled blood oranges, and pickled watermelon

7. 2016 TEMPRANILLO, GARNACHA TINTA, Marqués de Cáceres, Rioja, ES
SERVER’S SCALE: 4*
Pretty, pale, strawberry color, fresh bouquet of floral notes and strawberries/raspberries that blend together exquisitely. Fuller in style and refreshing.

*Wine Country Bistro took the liberty to have all of their service staff taste their rose’ selections and based on averages added a value that would indicate the level of perceived sweetness.
